Today, I want you to purposefully choose to follow the Holy Spirit’s lead for the entire day. Actively listen for God’s voice. That also means you have to be still long enough to hear Him. (But that’s another entrée!)
I invite you to pray with me:
Father God,
I ask that You break the chains of bondage that have resulted from traditions that are contrary to Your Word. Set your people free from expectations that did not come from You. Help us to discern what is true and holy and acceptable to You. Give us the strength to move beyond the limits set by people. Father, teach us how to lean on You every day. Deliver us from the fear of how other people will respond when we step into what You have ordained for us. Father, we place our lives in Your hands. We declare that we are vessels for Your use. So, Father, help Your daughters be who You have called them to be. Bold. Beautiful. Equipped. Anointed. Ready. Willing. It’s in the Matchless name of Jesus Christ that I pray. Amen.
