That immunity provides protection even in the fiercest of storms! The enemy will not defeat us in any battle because ultimately that suffering will lead to confident hope! And how can we be so hopeful? Because we know that our God will always show up for us.
Sisters, the suffering is but for a moment, but our Savior’s protection is eternal! We have the privilege and the honor of serving a God Who loves us more than we could ever imagine. And He promised that He would never leave us. (Hebrews 13:5) That alone should allow us to see that serving Him is a privilege. He is Strong and Mighty in battle. He is our Healer and our Protector. He provides for us every day. He knows everything there is to know about us and still loves us! Hang in there, Sisters, the suffering is temporary, but the love of God and His glory are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:17 (TLB) says it beautifully:
These troubles and sufferings of ours are, after all, quite small and won’t last very long. Yet this short time of distress will result in God’s richest blessing upon us forever and ever!
