Into Your Hands

When God is in control, there’s no need to worry about tomorrow, because He’s already taken care of all of our tomorrows.  We can rest assured that when we have done what God requires, we can hear Him say, “Well done.”

Jesus said, “Into Your hands…”  Do you realize that you have been shaped by God?  He is the Potter, and we are the clay.  Trust Him to smooth out your rough edges to make you the masterpiece you were created to be.

Jesus completed His journey on earth and returned to His throne.  Have you completed your task for today? this week? this month?  Because when you complete the task, you move to your next level.

After Jesus suffered beyond what words can even describe, He still gave His all to the Father in surrender.  And as for you and me, we should give our all to God, too.  No matter what’s going on around you, give your all to God.  When it hurts, give your all to God.  When it doesn’t make sense, give your all to God.  When you are struggling, give your all to God.  Present yourself to Him completely.

Then we can say and mean, “Father into Your hands I entrust my spirit.  I have done all that You required me to do, and I surrender my all to You.”
