How would your day unfold if you spent time really thinking about the many ways God has shown up for you instead of just focusing on all of the challenges waiting for you. What if we turned on the news and instead of hearing about how many people have died, how many people have been arrested, or story after story about injustice, we actually heard just thirty minutes of praise reports? We would be filled with hope instead of weighed down in despair.
Sisters, I encourage you to think about Who you serve and all the benefits that come with being a King’s kid. Give God your best praise today; He deserves it because of Who He is in your life and for what He continues to do for you every single day. Psalm 103:2 (NLT) says it perfectly:
Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things He does for me.
When you are feeling overwhelmed, in despair, under the weather, worried, or hopeless, think about the many times God has already come through for you. If He’s done it before, certainly He can do it again. He is God, right? Never forget Who you serve and who you are to Him. God always comes through for His children.
