Chosen

He is so rich in kindness and grace that He purchased our freedom with the blood of Jesus, and He forgave our sins.  (Side bar: are you rich in kindness and grace like your Father?)  Why did He do it?  He did it because He loves us, and it gives Him great pleasure when we walk in freedom.  And not only did He shower His kindness on us, He even blessed us with wisdom and understanding.  Seek Him.  Ask Him.  God will reveal Himself to you—sometimes in the unlikeliest places.

I have been so far from perfect.  But God loves me.  I belong to Him and not as His servant only.  I am His child and His friend.  That blows my mind!  He knows me and still chose me?  And He still sees me and you blameless after all of that?  The answer is yes, He does.  Our sins are covered by the blood of Jesus—that’s what makes us blameless.  We are covered by grace. 

Sisters, you are chosen.  God loved you before the beginning.  Bask in His love today.
